The sublime architecture of the Moors, with its imprint of Islam, has hugely contributed to the allure of Moorish history and artistic expression. Discover how an outstanding cultural legacy found in Andalusia (southern Spain) and Morocco, incorporating Berber and Arab traditions, developed in the wake of Islam’s spread across north Africa and the Iberian Peninsula, in the 7th and 8th centuries CE.
